PRODE90 is a low-lactose protein powder, that has the same composition as milk protein (casein 80%, 20% whey). Research has shown that milk protein is more effective in increasing and preserving lean muscle mass than whey alone. Therefore PRODE90 is particularly good for athletes as an additional source of protein. PRODE90 is rich in BCAAs and glutamine, which are known to be important nutrients for muscle recovery and growth. Milk protein is also rich in valuable minerals, for example calcium.

Instructions

30-50 grams (1 - 1 1/6 dl) of powder mixed with 3-4 dl of water, juice or milk 1-3 times a day. One deciliter powder weighing 30 g. When using after training mix with Dextro or Malto for extra carbohydrates.
