Promix is a long-acting protein powder for athletes, whose aim is to optimize the body's recovery process during sleep. Promix is absorbed slowly, releasing amino acids into the bloodstream for up to 7 hours. Promix containing milk protein (micellar casein) Salibra™, whey protein and L-theanine. These nutrients stimulate a comprehensive muscle recovery and relaxation.

Promix´ amino acid profile is a particularly good for strength athletes because it contains more arginine and glutamine than whey protein alone. Both amino acids are recommended before bedtime due to their effect on growth hormone production. Level of branched chain amino acids is also extremely high in Promix.

Instructions

40-60 grams (1 1/3 – 2 dl) of powder mixed with 3-4 dl of water, juice or milk 1-3 times a day, one serving immediately before sleeping. One deciliter powder weighing 30 g. May be used as a meal replacement at any time during the day.
