PROTEIN BLOCK is a low lactose protein powder for everyday use, designed as an additional protein source for athletes seeking maximum muscle growth. The quickly absorbable whey protein in PROTEIN BLOCK promotes the formation of new muscle, while slowly absorbed caseinate prevents muscle catabolism: or dissimilation for energy. In addition, the product contains papain, an enzyme that helps the body break down proteins. Thanks to the enzyme the pressure on digestive system decreases and the efficiency of protein increases.

Thanks to the moderate absorbtion rate and thus its anti-catabolic properties, Protein Block is ideally suitable before exercise, as a meal replacement drink and before bedtime in order to supply the body with a stable flow of amino acids over a long time.

Instructions:

Mix 30 g (1 dl) of protein powder with 3-4 dl of water, juice or milk 1-3 times a day.
